Eyes of the East

Hey Folks,  I know I just got back online, but it seems like a wasteland in there.  The guild numbers dropped about 20 people and there are barely any of us on (around the time I play - at night 11pm EST).  I’m very aware that we’re a casual guild, but it all feels different now.  So; I’m calling a guild meeting to see where everyone stands.  If you need a better time or date discuss it in the forum.

Hi everyone; the officer’s meeting this week was very productive.  We’ve came up with some tentative schedules, but again we will change them as long as we get feedback from the guild.  Please visit the forums; vote and post your thoughts.  Here are the results from our meeting:

• We should stock the guild bank with more items for RAIDing.  The 4th tab would help, but more potions bags, etc is a good idea.
• Setup some kind of schedule or outline for the guild to experience ALL the dungeons.
• Schedule Deadmines for this Thursday.
• Regular guild meeting is scheduled for May 13th at 10:30 PM, somewhere at Loch Modan.  We still need to find a place.
• Enchanting party is scheduled for May 27th at 10:30 PM outside of Iron Forge, near the camp - primarily for low-level computers so folks don’t freeze while in a major city.
• Get the guild to choose better RANKs.

Hiya folks, I’ve posted the minutes (raw chat log) of our officers meeting in the forums, but I believe we had a very productive and fun time.  Here are some of the results from that meeting:

• We, as a guild, will try and gain our 4th bank tab.  It’s unconfirmed, but we think it’s 1000g for the next tab.  Any help from the guild will be more than welcomed.
• Thursday night is guild RAIDing night. Dungeon TBD (to be determined)
• Enchanting party has been accepted by the officers, but members must bring their own mats (materials).  Date and time are TBD (to be determined)
• Officer meetings are tentatively set to Tues/Wed at 8 or 9 PM EST, bi-weekly.
• Guild meetings are set to once a month and the location will vary each month.
• In order to get our guild members to have a better way of communication we will restrict guild bank access until each member has registered an account on the forums.  Once it has been confirmed the restriction will be lifted.

With the expansion of our guild, Marfe Jokin is calling for officers of EotE to meet bi-weekly to discuss guild matters.  This is not a mandatory meeting due to the fact that we are a casual guild, but for all that can attend it will be very helpful to the guild.

• Required: Beer and lots of ideas!

For those that may not know where Lakeshire is, it’s the next zone east of Elwynn Forest. The name of the zone is Redridge Mountains (15-25). Once you cross the bridge, the town will be to your left (west). There is a building up the hill after the Inn.
