Eyes of the East

Hey gang, I’ve been playing on a private server for the past couple days.  Please don’t fireball me, kick me out of the guild, or send the Linch King after me - hehe.  Until I get my money together (6-month subscription); I’ll be there, to get my nightly fix of .  The server I’m playing on is WoWscape on the PvP Funserver.  It’s not too bad, lots of folks playing, lots of hacks to the game and with that comes lots of down time and game glitches.  But with all that gold available to me, it’s quite easy to overlook these flaws, mwaahah!

Hiya folks, I saw this on Vimeo.  Well actually I saw another video from Gnomechewer (sounds Hordish) from WoW Insider’s latest RSS feed and I like his work.  I thought this was kind of funny and wanted to share it.  Check out some of his other stuff.

Has anyone every been to one of these in-game events.  I looked at the WoW calendar and it looks like they have it every month in different locations.  How about we do something guildy like take our members and complete all the quests for the faire in one night.  This month’s faire is Mulgore, which makes it more dangerous because it’s right next to a Horde major city, Thunder Bluff.

This Month’s Challenge

All members willing to participate - let’s complete all (or as many as we can) Darkmoon Faire quests, as a guild - together at the same time.  But let’s keep the player levels even so it’s not TOTALLY easy.  And we enable PvP, since we are role playing (kind of).  Those that are interested send me (Marfejokin) an in-game mail or comment on this post and we’ll try and set it up.

I’ll explain the title later in the post.  Last night I finally got a chance to play some WoW.  It’s been roughly 3 days since I last played and I’ve been itchin’ to play.  Life got in the way and I had to be responsible and not play those days.  So; tonight - all seemed right.  I was willing to go till 2:00 AM, but I shouldn’t go past that mark.I started to quest and figured I’ll hammer out some Darkshore things I still have listed and then get back to Astranaar to finish up some long-winded quests there.  I ended up in Wetlands and I had to rumble with some raptors, etc.  I asked the guildmates if anyone could help me - “I’m a priest for Elune’s sake!  So flippin’ weak - I can’t take on same-level raptors on my own!”  One of our guildies came to aide me - she was 5 levels below me - I laughed, but no matter, good exp for her and quest completions for me.  Everyone wins.
