Tauren characters, male and female 

I’ll explain the title later in the post.  Last night I finally got a chance to play some WoW.  It’s been roughly 3 days since I last played and I’ve been itchin’ to play.  Life got in the way and I had to be responsible and not play those days.  So; tonight - all seemed right.  I was willing to go till 2:00 AM, but I shouldn’t go past that mark.I started to quest and figured I’ll hammer out some Darkshore things I still have listed and then get back to Astranaar to finish up some long-winded quests there.  I ended up in Wetlands and I had to rumble with some raptors, etc.  I asked the guildmates if anyone could help me - “I’m a priest for Elune’s sake!  So flippin’ weak - I can’t take on same-level raptors on my own!”  One of our guildies came to aide me - she was 5 levels below me - I laughed, but no matter, good exp for her and quest completions for me.  Everyone wins.

Aaaaaghhh!!!! I don’t know if I can take it anymore! I’m going on day 3… or 4… I don’t even know any more. I’ve been wanting to play, but almost every night I’m too tired by time it’s “my time” to play. After my long day at work, helping with the kids, running my struggling web design company - I want to sit down and play some World of Warcraft. But for the past couple nights I’ve been flizzing out around 10:00 PM. My wife has been waking me up, on the futon, telling me it’s time for bed. I share a computer with my wife - so I’m desperately looking to buy either a laptop (practical) or a desktop (not practical, but VERY affordable). Either way - I’ll get my own rig to play WoW.

Yes; my character is low-level (25), but I’m so trying to get him up in ranks before Linch King comes out. The reality is I won’t even be close to level 50 when that happens - haha!

Man I am SOoo disappointed with Mana Energy Potion. I don’t know what I was thinking when I bought it. I bought two bottles for about $11.00 - when it came in the mail… as you can see from the picture above it’s about the size of 3 or 4 quarters or an average MP3 player. Man that is tiny! I can see why they would have the size like that though - if you’re keep true to the lore of RPG, with the players bags (or man purse), with all those other things in their bags - a real potion would probably be the size of 4 quarters. But NOT for $11.00 - or maybe their keeping to the lore of that too. In the Auction House you can certainly purchase 2 potions for about the same price. Read the rest of this entry »

We recently had Jorde (not Jordi) quit on us.  We (or rather *I*) had multiple complaints regarding him in that he would ask for instance runs, promising to pay 20 gold(!) then bail on the person by hearthing out after the run was complete.

I had been giving this person the benefit of the doubt, except he would do some odd things that were tripping alarms for me such as offering to pay for our next tab (which would cost 400 gold!), and repeatedly asking how he could get promoted.

It was due to the first complaint that I was hedging on promoting him (which would give much more powerful access to the guild bank), and then I caught another complaint yesterday.

When I went to see when Jorde was on last, I discovered he had quit the guild with no notice to me or anyone I am aware of.

I will not tolerate ANYONE tarnishing our image as a guild, and I ask anyone who sees him on to keep this behavior in mind, and to report him to any guild he may join up in in the future.

I’ve recently changed the roles of new accounts registered (on the site). I changed it to SUBSCRIBER instead of CONTRIBUTOR. My plan was to get our guild members to at least be able to start posting when they register. The problem that I’m seeing is there are a number of accounts that seem like spam accounts and I don’t want them posting to the site at all. So; our guildies - when you register - please use your in-game name. It will help in approving your account and upgrading your role to AUTHOR.

• Subscriber - This role simply allows you to log into the site and make comments on the posts.
• Contributor - This role allows you to create a post (such as a news post or blog, but not the ability to publish it).
• Author - This role allows you to create a post and publish it. Publishing it simply takes it out of draft mode and makes it live for all the see.
